About Me

I'm a Mental Health Counseling graduate student at NYIT, currently completing my internship at Path2Growth Counseling Services. I practice an Integrative Therapeutic approach through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Trauma-Informed Care — to meet clients where they are and help them move forward.

I specialize in couples therapy, particularly with neurodivergent partners, and in supporting children with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. Colleagues have noted my ability to navigate cultural competence, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practice into therapy cultivating a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

Beyond my academic foundation, a Bachelor's in Psychology from SUNY Old Westbury and a Master's in Human Resource Management from NYIT, I offer experience as a paralegal in family and personal injury law. This unique combination gives me both a clinical lens and a pragmatic grasp of the workplace, family, and legal pressures clients bring into the room. For clients navigating the legal system, my family-law experience means I can offer informed, grounded support where mental health and legal stress intersect.

I strive to create an environment where clients can explore their inner world, gain self-awareness, and develop the tools they need to thrive. I’m dedicated to fostering healing, growth, and well-being, helping clients embark on a journey towards a more fulfilling life.
